Every new client we meet seems to have a very dim view of IT companies. Most assume we will be providing poor to average service and charging high prices, because that's what IT companies do, right? Wrong. Most of our business has been generated through word-of-mouth recommendations from previous (initially sceptical) clients.
As most of our business is either telephone-based or on clients sites, we are able to operate with very low overheads therefore keeping your costs down.
We aim to provide the level of service you would expect from your own staff. We offer explanations in plain English when problems have been fixed, something that very few IT professionals seem to understand. Our pricing structure is the fairest we could think of - charging only for the work we do.
